Censored Sam Mellace
CBC Interview
- CBC National Broadcast

On October 4th, Sam Mellace became the first man to smoke in the house of commons. He did so because he and many other medical marijuana prescribed patients are forced to smoke because Health Canada does not protect their right to consume marijuana in safer forms such as baked goods or shakes.

After the protest, Sam was interviewed on the CBC’s national broadcast of “Power and Politics”, where he was asked by CBC staff if he would medicate using his cannabis on camera. After the video was aired, the CBC removed the video interview and news article from their website.

This is clearly an act of censorship, so here we present the uncut original interview that was censored from the public.
